Pointed Needle Stitching wants you to be satisfied with your purchases and we strive to make you happy. If you are not happy with your purchase we will refund you the amount you paid for the item minus the shipping. The item must be in the same condition it was in when we shipped it to you. You must pay the return shipping. Any item that has been cut, torn, or used in any manner will not be eligible for a return. If you receive a defective product, we will refund the complete purchase price including return shipping after we receive the item back.

Your satisfaction is important to us!
Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may return the item(s) and receive a refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
All returned items must be uncut and in original, unaltered condition.
Returns must be received within 14 days. Any claims regarding an order must be made within 14 days.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Pointed Needle Stitching will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an in a non-salable condition, it will be returned to sender. The customer will be notified via email and no refund will be given. All goods will be inspected on return. A non-salable condition includes, but is not limited to, items that have been washed, cut, marked, soiled, or wrinkled.
To ensure that you are given proper credit of your return, please complete the Return Product Form below or contact us before you ship the item back. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may send back the item(s) through a carrier of your choice. Refunds are typically issued 5-7 days after the item(s) are received and processed.
The following products are ineligible to be returned:
Clearance, Discounted or Sale Items
Items that have been altered, washed, cut, marked, or soiled,
Items marked NO RETURN
Unless we are in error, we do not refund the fee from the selected shipping method included in your order total.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item(s) of their order upon receipt to ensure any issues can be resolved within the 14-day window.
